Matt Moisan is the founder of CORVENIS and a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent with more than 12 years in the business. He also owns and operates rental property in Massachusetts and has spent his career in software sales.
He writes the CORVENIS blog and the Massachusetts Motivated Seller Report.
Why it exists

Most agents build a business on people they already know. It works until the phone stops ringing, and you can't turn referrals on when you need them.
Before building CORVENIS, Matt called Zillow and asked what it would cost to buy leads in his own zip code. The answer was about $2,000 a month for roughly four leads, each one sold to whoever else paid.
Meanwhile the people most likely to sell were already on record. An estate opened in probate. A divorce filed. A lien a homeowner couldn't clear. All of it public, and almost nobody working it, because pulling it by hand means 22 government sites with 22 different searches.
CORVENIS does that pull every day so an agent doesn't have to.
