Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, request a demo, or contact us for support. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information, and any other information you choose to provide.

We also automatically collect certain information when you use our platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions and send related information, send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and administrative messages, respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests, and monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services.

Data Sources & Public Records

CORVENIS aggregates and normalizes data from 600+ publicly available sources including county registries of deeds, probate courts, family courts, and tax assessor records. This data is publicly available and we process it to provide actionable intelligence to our subscribers. We do not collect private personal data beyond what is publicly filed in government records.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release information when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

Territory Exclusivity & Data Segmentation

When you claim an exclusive territory, the data within that zone is segmented and restricted from other subscribers. This means no other CORVENIS user will have access to the same territory-specific intelligence. Your territory selection and usage patterns are kept confidential.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure access controls, regular security audits, and compliance with applicable data protection regulations. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our platform and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our service.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. You have the right to request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
