1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CORVENIS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
2. Description of Service
CORVENIS provides a property intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data to identify off-market property signals for real estate professionals. The Service includes territory-based data access, analytics, reporting, and alert features as described in your selected subscription plan.
3. Territory Exclusivity
Upon subscribing to a plan that includes territory exclusivity, CORVENIS grants you exclusive access to property intelligence data within your selected geographic zone(s). This exclusivity is maintained for the duration of your active subscription. CORVENIS reserves the right to define territory boundaries and may adjust boundaries with 30 days' notice if required for operational reasons.
4. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. CORVENIS reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and loss of territory exclusivity.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, (b) redistribute, resell, or share your account credentials or data access with unauthorized parties, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal usage, (d) use the data to harass, stalk, or contact property owners in violation of applicable laws, (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
6. Data Accuracy & Disclaimer
While CORVENIS strives for architectural precision in data quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of all data. Data is sourced from 600+ public records and third-party sources that may contain errors. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before making business decisions based on the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to software, algorithms, text, graphics, logos, and data compilations—are the exclusive property of CORVENIS Intelligence and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CORVENIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. CORVENIS may immediately terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your territory exclusivity will be released and your access to the Service will cease. Any data you exported prior to termination remains yours.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.
11. Changes to Terms
CORVENIS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.12. Contact
