Five categories: Pre-Foreclosure (notices of default and related filings), Probate (marked CONFIRMED or INFERRED), Tax Lien, Equity / Ownership Change (mortgage discharges, powers of attorney, warranty and quitclaim deeds, second mortgages), and Life Events (divorce, domestic relations and guardianship filings, and death certificates).
What data sources does CORVENIS use?
22 Massachusetts government sources: the 21 county Registries of Deeds and the statewide Probate and Family Court.
How quickly is the data updated?
Next day. A filing recorded today is searchable within 24 hours. Most list vendors surface the same filing 3 to 6 months later.

What is the difference between searching and alerts?
Starter and Growth are search plans: you look up a property and get next-day-fresh results. Premier and Broker Office send new filings in your town to your dashboard the next day, without you searching.
Can I see real filings before I pay?
Yes. Check your town on the Coverage Map and request a free sample of up to 10 recent filings. No card.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime.
Who can subscribe?
Any Massachusetts agent can subscribe on their own, at any brokerage. Broker Office is for offices where the broker-owner controls purchasing, including franchise-affiliated offices that are independently owned.
How soon do I get access after signing up?
Same day. Your account is set up the day you sign up, and your login is emailed to you.
Will I see filings from before I signed up?
Alerts start from the day your account is live. Older filings appear when you search a specific property.
