How CORVENIS works

Sellers aren't at networking events. They're in public records.

Most agents wait for the next referral. Meanwhile a probate, a divorce or a lis pendens gets filed in your town and nobody calls. CORVENIS makes those filings searchable the day after they're recorded.

Free. No account. 202 Massachusetts towns are live today.

The problem

You've tried waiting.

You wait for the referral. You wait for the past client to call. Yes, you can go to the networking event and hand out cards. Sellers aren't there.

They're at the Registry of Deeds and at Probate and Family Court. Every day, people in your town file paperwork that says something in their life is about to change. An estate. A divorce. A lien they can't clear. A deed moving between family members.

That paperwork is public. It always has been. Almost nobody works it because pulling it by hand is tedious. Twenty-two government sites, each with its own search.

Wait for referrals

You hear about the sale when the listing goes live. By then the seller has picked an agent.

Search what was filed yesterday

You see the filing the day after it's recorded, while the owner is still deciding what to do.

What happens overnight

Filed yesterday. Searchable today.

Day 0

A filing is recorded at a Massachusetts registry or at Probate and Family Court.

Overnight

CORVENIS reads the day's filings and matches each one to a property address.

Day 1

You search the address and the filing is there.

That's the whole company. The same public records anyone can look up, read every day and organized by address, so you don't have to pull them yourself.

What you do with it

From a filing to a phone call.

  1. Search an address

Any property in a live Massachusetts town. A house that looks tired. A street you farm.
  2. See the filing

What was filed, the date, the category, and the source document on screen.
  3. Save it

Add the property to Lead Management so it goes somewhere other than a notepad.
  4. Find the owner

Request a skip trace and we run it for you.
  5. Call first

You reach out while the owner is still deciding. The call is yours to make.

Search, or have it delivered

The data is the same on every plan. How you get it changes.

Starter · $49/moSearch an address and get a yes or no: is there a public filing on this property.
Growth · $99/moSearch an address and see the filing itself: type, date and source document. Adds manual skip tracing.
Premier · $149/moNew filings in your town show up in your dashboard the next day, without you searching for them.

Most people start by searching the handful of properties they already had a hunch about. Then they start wondering what's sitting on the streets they didn't search. That's what Premier is for.

What it doesn't do

Things we'd rather tell you now than after you pay.

Not every town is live.

202 of Massachusetts's ~358 towns are live today. Essex, Norfolk, Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable and Hampden are not in the pipeline yet. Check your town before you subscribe.

There's no back-file.

You see what's on a property when you search it. We don't load years of history into your account on day one.

Documents are view-only.

You can read the source document on screen. There's no download button.

Setup is hands-on today.

After you subscribe we set up your account and email you your login. It isn't instant.

Massachusetts only.

Nothing outside the state.

From the pilot

One agent's first result.

"Within 45 days of using CORVENIS, it flagged a property transfer that led straight to a listing appointment — before it ever hit the MLS. That's the edge I need in this market."

Jonathan P., Broker/Owner, RE/MAX Encore

Jonathan is a pilot user. CORVENIS is early, and he is the first documented result, not the hundredth.

Questions

Where does this information come from?

Public records. The same filings anyone can look up at a Massachusetts Registry of Deeds or at Probate and Family Court. We read 22 government sources and organize what we find by property address.

How fast is it?

A filing is typically searchable in CORVENIS the day after it's recorded.

Do I need my broker's approval?

No. Starter, Growth and Premier are individual licenses.

What if my town isn't covered?

Don't buy yet. Check it on the coverage map and leave your email, and we'll tell you the day it goes live. We add towns as revenue funds the work, and we won't promise a date we can't hold.

Is your town live?

Check it, then see up to 10 recent filings there before you pay for anything.
